- 11/29/1969 – Appointed to Proby School
- 1/22/1970 Assigned to Engine 91
- In 1971 transferred to Ladder 26-2
- In 12/1974 disbanded L26-2 and transferred to Engine 54
- In 4/1975 transferred back to Ladder 26 "Fire factory"
- Retired in 1991
- He also had a 30 day detail to Hazmat while in 26 truck
