In August 1990, Gainesville, Florida, normally buzzing with freshman excitement, turned into a city filled with fear. Thousands of University of Florida students returned for the start of a new semester, full of hope for classes, friendships, and football games. But beneath the excitement, a killer lurked, watching students through their bedroom windows at night, waiting for the right moment to strike.
