This week we're joined by Jenny Simmons, the founder of MANON.

Started in 2015 as a zine celebrating women's football stories, MANON has now grown into a mindset and coaching consultancy service that enables black and brown women across all areas of football to progress and harness their ambition. Like us at Gals FC, Jenny knows what it means to turn a hobby into a business and to keep community at its core.

Jenny shares her journey from player and coach to magazine editor to mindset coach, and why she felt called to create a space where women can thrive in football.

We hear about Jenny's "Curious Sundays" tradition, her frankly ridiculous keepie-uppie record, and she reveals a surprising, yet inspiring, fifth member of her Gals FC Dream Team.
