While many landscape photo locations have an obvious subject, some of the most rewarding images to create can be found in places with very little obvious subject matter. These places generally steer away many photographers, since it takes patience and a great eye to find compositions in these places.

In this episode, Gary Randall shares some of his favorite tips for creating compelling images in hard to shoot locations, such as the forest. Gary has years of experience and lots of great advice to help you take your compositions to the next level.
