General Hospital spoilers see Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) appears to be aiming for Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) in the same lethal way he targeted Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). The episode opens with Dex confronting Cyrus about being at the hospital on Halloween, the day when Sam and Lulu Spencer (Lulu Spencer) had their surgeries. Cyrus denies being near Lulu, but Dex insists he saw him on the 10th floor where Lulu's room is located on the ABC soap opera.

GH spoilers see the episode reveals a flashback showing Cyrus injecting a drug into Sam's IV, leading to her death. This unexpected scene changes Kelly Monaco's final air date from November 1st to December 9th. As the plot unfolds, Cyrus stabs Dex, hoping he would die, but Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) confirms that Dex will recover. However, given that Dex is now a loose end for Cyrus, it is suspected that Cyrus might try to kill him again.

Spoilers for General Hospital see Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) is tipped to recall a very specific sound - a bell ringing - that stopped during Dex's stabbing, which could potentially lead the Port Charles Police Department to Cyrus as a suspect. The episode concludes with an anticipation that Cyrus might strike Dex again, and whether Dex can survive another attack from this dangerous man.
