General Hospital 2-week spoilers for November 17-28, 2025 expect the residents of Port Charles will be dealing with a range of issues. Sidwell (Carlo Rota) finds himself in a rage, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) stumbles upon a significant lead, and the holidays bring about unexpected interruptions.

GH spoilers anticipate Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner) go head-to-head due to the fallout from the lab break-in and Rocco's arrest, with Britt convinced of her son Ben's innocence. Rocco Falconeri's (Finn Carr) potential jail time has Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) confiding her worries to Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright), while Giovanni Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) confesses to his biological mother Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) that he was the reason for Rocco's lab break-in. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) questions Curtis Ashford  (Donnell Turner) about the paternity of their baby, and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) updates Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) on Portia's lie about being on-call. 

Spoilers for General Hospital find that as the elections approach, Rocco's actions impact the results. Sidwell is enraged due to Hank Dalton's (Daniel Goddard) disobedience, and Britt issues an ultimatum. Lulu listens as Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) expresses his frustrations, and Carly faces questioning from Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) about her brother Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) moving in with Sidwell and Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) at Spoon Island. 

More GH spoilers reveal Chase makes a significant discovery, potentially breaking Michael's alibi and proving Jacinda's perjury. Sonny meets Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) during her dinner date with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) makes a startling discovery. As Thanksgiving draws near, the Quartermains are left dealing with Ned Quartermaine's (Wally Kurth) medical crisis and the fallout from the election. Meanwhile, Alexis is thrilled with what Chase has uncovered, potentially clearing the way for Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) to confess his recovered memory of Michael shooting him the weeks of 11/17-11/28, 2025.
