General Hospital predictions indicate that Curtis Ashford, played by Donnell Turner, is expected to face a grilling while Drew Cain Quartermaine, portrayed by Cameron Mathison, contends with outrage. Meanwhile, Willow Tait, brought to life by Katelyn MacMullen, seems to be preparing to tie the knot with Drew. As things heat up in Port Charles, Laura Spencer, portrayed by Genie Francis, is expected to confess a shocking secret to Alexis Davis, played by Nancy Lee Grahan.

GH predictions hint that Curtis might not face consequences for his actions against Drew. Despite Nathan West's (Ryan Paevey) efforts to find a suspect, Curtis could evade justice due to Drew's fixation on blaming Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) for the shooting. Meanwhile, Drew is working overtime to convince Willow that marrying him is the only way to regain her kids and clear her name, despite everyone's disapproval. 

General Hospital spoilers show that Laura Spencer, feeling guilty about the cover-up of Dalton's murder, might confess to Alexis Davis in an attempt to understand her legal options. However, such a confession could put her political career at risk. 

GH spoilers reveal that Drew is also set to face the fury of the Quartermaine family, who are back together for Thanksgiving, over his actions against Ned Ashton (Wally Kurth). Lastly, Sidwell, played by Carlo Rota, is on a warpath after Dalton's body goes missing. He may threaten Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and even her son, Rocco, to get what he wants.
