Please join us in wishing a happy house-warming to our host Nick Leamy! Nick detailed some of the home-buying headaches he and his family were dealing with back in our SPOOKIES episode, but that's all been settled and everyone's settling into a lovely new home.

To celebrate this, we asked Nick to pick a movie to celebrate and he chose the original THE AMITYVILLE HORROR (1979), from director Stuart Rosenberg and starring Margot Kidder, James Brolin and Rod Steiger. Our opinions run a pretty wide spectrum on this one, which made for a fun discussion and we really hope everyone enjoys listening!
