She holds core faculty status in the Division of Physical Therapy and is widely recognized for her expertise in the KAATSU & Blood Flow Restriction (BFRT) Training modalities. Dr. Lachowski-Glass is an educational and practitioner leader in the rapidly evolving field of KAATSU & BFR Training, working to shape current best practices, standards and applications. Through Glass Training and Education, she provides comprehensive CEU courses designed to help professionals safely and effectively implement these techniques in practice as well as trains the athletic and general populations in applying the modalities safely and effectively to improve performance and quality of life.
