Debbie is a survivor of multiple chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases that taught her the profound connection that exists between the mind and the body and how this connection affects our wellbeing. Through addressing and releasing repressed emotions and past trauma, she’s been able to experience greater health, ease, and fulfillment.
