Description
GLADIATOR II follows the journey of a war captive who rises to become a hero. Set sixteen years after the original film, the Roman Empire is in an even worse state. It is governed by two inept emperors, Geta and Caracalla, who are more focused on territorial expansion than the suffering of their people. Under their orders, General Acacius leads an invasion into Numidia, where Jugartha reigns. Among the valiant soldiers in Acacius's ranks is Hanno, who alongside his wife, Arishat displays remarkable bravery in battle.
