Description
Today we reflect on the gospel of Matthew 5:38-42. “But I say to you, do not resist an evil doer [...] If anyone wants to sue you and take your coat, give your cloak as well.” Don’t be too quick to dismiss the radical love of Jesus. He loved his enemies and those who persecuted him. Likewise, we should go overboard in our generosity toward others, especially those who are unkind to us.
