Back in August 2020 Pledge Consulting hosted the PMO Leadership Symposium. The theme was Covid Driven change. We had some fantastic speakers and learned a lot about how PMOs and project delivery teams pivoted this year, to do things differently but to still get the outcomes they needed.
Sarah Foxe is the PMO Manager at City of Sydney Council and in this episode she shares some of the strategies she put in place around project governance.
