Information Minister Dr Dana Morris Dixon, made the disclosure at a press conference today. Since the passage of Hurricane Melissa, concern has been expressed about the heavy traffic on roads leading to St Elizabeth and Westmoreland and the challenges that created for emergency vehicles and units heading there for relief operations.
