In today's episode, we interview out first guest ever, Richie Edquid!
If you've ever attended an anime convention in the past decade, you've more than likely come into contact with someone who knew someone that got invited to one of his infamous after parties. He's an esteemed member of the events community, and has paved the way for event runners of your favorite conventions! Richie tells us his background in events, and how he got his start passing out flyers as a promoter for the import scene during high school, to becoming one of the most notable figures in the underground party scene! And finally, Marvin goes to town and grills Richie and Anthony about their experience at HentaiCon, why Richie left the organization, and their speculation as to why HentaiCon year 2 was cancelled.
He is currently involved in several projects/endeavors, one of which is D.Kai, an event & concert space inspired by & for local creatives!
