Description

When Roku pushed its latest OS update to TCL Roku TVs, it enabled frame interpolation to make moving objects look sharper. But it also causes the dreaded "soap-opera effect," which video purists and filmmakers hate. Worst of all, there seems to be no way to turn it off.
