On March 19, Sel entered the cage for an MMA fight to raise awareness for a charity initiative called CMBT Africa. The following week, Miles stepped into the boxing ring to continue the positive momentum! In this episode, we chatted about our experiences, why we decided to fight, how it has impacted us personally and professionally and why commitment is currency.
