🚀 KICKSTARTER 2026

âś…https://nla.to/KS26

In this episode, I dive into hyssop, an herb I’ve grown for years but only recently started using more deeply in my own practice. This aromatic, warming perennial has a long history—spanning ancient Egypt, Rome, and traditional European medicine—and today it shines as a powerful ally for respiratory health, emotional healing, digestive support, and cleansing rituals.

I explore hyssop’s medicinal properties, herbal energetics, and historical uses, and I share how you can work with it in teas, steams, tinctures, and simple recipes at home. Whether you’re curious about its strong flavor, its ability to clear mucus, or its role in emotional release—especially around grief—this episode offers a thoughtful introduction to a profoundly versatile plant.

You’ll also learn why hyssop is considered warming and diffusive, how it grows as a hardy perennial in the garden, and why it’s such a reliable herb to have on hand during cough and cold season.

If you’re interested in deepening your relationship with plant medicine, emotional healing, and practical herbal recipes, this episode will give you plenty to explore. Let me know in the comments if you’ve grown or worked with hyssop yourself—I’d love to hear your experiences!
