Description

With holiday parties underway, impaired driving is once again a major concern in Quebec. For Montreal father Antoine Bittar, it’s personal. His daughter Jessica was killed by a drunk driver in 2017, and since then he’s dedicated himself to speaking with offenders and raising awareness about the real consequences of driving while impaired. He’s also calling on Quebec to lower the legal blood-alcohol limit to 0.05. Antoine Bittar spoke to Andrew Carter.
