in today’s podcast i’m taking you out on a walk with me again, this time early morning nature wander in the park in gale force winds...why not eh? 🌳🍃✨⁣⁣

…i’ll be honest with you, i’ve been going thru it these months….well, years, you know, but particularly these recent months have “challenged” me…and i know many of you out there have been going through some difficult stuff too…⁣⁣

…so i wanted to offer some spontaneous space today to be together on this wintery day (at least here!) and hold hands with hope.⁣⁣

…I know that sounds super cheesy but bear with me on this one! ⁣⁣

we’ll touch on things like:

✨Remembering. (how to hold hands with hope)
✨lessons from nature (always, also: we are nature)
✨avoidant attachment, coping mechanisms that have helped us + recognising ✨what does + doesn’t
✨BEING here and surrendering - what does that mean?
✨honouring all the ways we have survived
✨tapping into our knowing discernment
✨the magic of nature, strangerfriends - interlude for our animal friends
✨tips for winter blues + supporting rest

✨🕯 may the dark difficult moments, at this time of year in particular, serve as a reminder to hold hands with hope 🕯✨ ⁣⁣
