Laura has an extraordinary record of progressive leadership as a State Assemblymember, Glendale City Council member and Mayor, community activist, and in the private sector. She began her career in Hollywood as a producer, working on projects such as "Aberration" (1997), "Foxfire" (1996), and "It Takes Two" (1995).
