Description

This week marks the first anniversary of China's central government imposing a controversial new National Security Law (NSL) on the once-semiautonomous region of Hong Kong. The NSL empowers Hong Kong's authorities to arrest and prosecute anyone they deem to be criticizing government leaders, whether in Hong Kong, Beijing or China's Communist Party at large. CBS News Asia correspondent Ramy Inocencio visited Hong Kong political artist Kacey Wong to speak about the impact the NSL has had on him and his city.
