Description
A devastating apartment tower fire in Hong Kong has claimed 146 lives with 150 people still missing. Three people have been charged with manslaughter and eight others arrested on suspicion of corruption related to the fire that engulfed seven buildings. Mourners have formed queues stretching over a kilometre along a nearby canal to lay flowers in tribute to the victims.
