Description

Judy Benjamin was diagnosed with Alzheimer's at age 67, and her mom passed away from the disease after a 20-year battle. Upon Judy's diagnosis, she made significant changes to her diet and lifestyle. This led to a serendipitous connection with Dr. Dale Bredesen as she became his "patient zero," embracing his revolutionary and clinically proven protocol to treat and prevent cognitive decline. Inspired by her success, she vowed to pay it forward, becoming a ReCODE-trained coach with Apollo Health and opening her thriving consulting business, Access Longevity. Wanting to continue spreading the important message of hope to those with cognitive decline, she decided to undertake a three thousand mile walk across the U.S. from San Diego, CA to St. Augustine, FL. At age 80, Judy wants to impart that we can all live healthy and productive lives at any age.
