Description

God’s care for widows must be reflected in the ministry of His church and its efforts to meet their true needs. In this passage, however, Paul’s concern is that the widows in the Ephesian church are taught to live holy lives so the church can benefit from the ministry of mature Christian widows. An exposition of 1 Timothy 5:9-16.
