House of the Dragon is HBO's follow up and prequel series to Game of Thrones. Adapting George R.R. Martin's Fire & Blood which details the history of the early Targaeryan dynasty's rule of the seven kingdoms, HOTD returns after a 2 year hiatus for it's sophomore season. Rich will be joined by LaTonya Starks weekly to break down Season 2 as it airs. Rich has read the book and LT hasn't so he will be offering context without spoiling what's to come as they spend their summer in Westeros. This week they got together to talk through the calm before the storm of E3, The Burning Mill and the ways it's themes highlight the larger story.
