Description

Baptism testifies entirely of God’s grace and not our works. We read repeatedly in the New Testament that the practice of the primitive church was to baptise not only those who believed in Jesus, but also their households. This is because the Bible tells us that God's grace of salvation is not only for the individuals who believe but also to their families. In this sermon we see that God includes children by his grace in this covenant as he does adults.

This sermon was preached by Rev Christopher Poshin David on October 19, 2025, at Trinity Presbyterian Church, Chennai.
