Description

This episode of the podcast is on one of the India’s greatest gift to the world which is India’s Zero (Shunya). In this episode I will try to coherently narrate the journey of zero through the life and work of 4 great Indian Mathematicians and astronomers namely Acharya Pingal, Acharya Aryabhatt, Acharya Brahmgupta and Bhaskaracharya.

India’s singular authority of inventing zero cant be proved in today's time and Historians will continue to argue  in the light of new archaeological evidences. However, what is more important that Indian sub continent should know their side of story and take pride of our genius Acharyas & scholars also taking a moment to thank them for their contributions.
