Description

It is well established that exercising and being physically active is good for a person’s brain, body, and mental health. But there is also an added benefit that goes beyond individuals that has to do with the impact of physical activity on a macro, cultural level, to an entire society, including the relationship of public health, economics, and climate-change mitigation to cycling as an active form of transportation in France. Here with the details is Professor Kévin Jean, an epidemiologist in Health and Global Changes in the Department of Biology at École Normale Supérieure and a researcher at the Conservatoire National des Arts Et Métiers in Paris.

UP ON OUR FEET is a production of the American Sports Institute.
