As a person that exercises regularly, I skipped this episode initially, thinking that I knew all the answers. Goodness, what a revelation and a delight this podcast was. Brendan is incredibly humble as are Ella and Matt. I will definitely listen to this one again. Superb guys, I am so appreciative of your time, effort and focus ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

This has become my new favourite. I always feel more positive after listening and like I've really learned something that I'm excited to share. Ella and Matt come across as such humble, generous and curious hosts, they are a winningly warm and engaging combination.
