My goal in making this episode was to be completely authentic, so that you and I can connect on a deeper level. I want to set the tone of openness in this community, so that more of us can connect at a deeper level with each other. Some things I mention are:


  • marriage challenges during the postpartum transition

  • missing my body the way it was

  • missing sex and libido changes

  • the busyness of having three older kids

  • tiredness and sleep deprivation

  • my personal faith expansion journey
