In honor of Mental Health Awareness month today we are going to be talking about mental health! Mental health is just as important as our physical health and if not taken seriously or treated with proper care can hurt us just as much too. Mental health has been significant in my life as someone who has suffered with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, PMDD, and a day to day tough voice in my head. I'm happy to have a honest chat today about some of my personal struggles, how I get myself up from lows, and my non negotiable's. My “no matter what's” that supports making my mind a better place.
