It can be a little nuanced and complex to truly understand somatic and shamanic energy work. In this episode I do my best to shed light on a particular session that I was lucky enough to get to do live with a woman at my virtual event, Arise and Awaken this past weekend. It was a magical experience for me and I believe for her as well. Track the energy with me as I work with her sense of wanting to leave her very structured job and commit to her creative self as an artist. Not only did we break her artist self out from a caged heart, but we connected her with a powerful and joyful ancestor that has all the strength and love she may need to access to change her life!
