Around this time every year, dozens of parents of high school prospects ask IL's Terry Foy some version of the question, "How does recruiting work?"
In an effort to round out that answer, he's interviewing a series of DI men's lacrosse coaches about their process, continuing with Le Moyne head coach Dan Sheehan.
Entering year three of the athletic department's transition to Division I, Sheehan discusses what the differences are between recruiting to a "Roman numeral," what it's like to have six trophies in his office, how he's given 99% of campus tours to lacrosse recruits over the last near-three decades, what he learned going through the recruiting process as a father and more.
