interesting worship of seilor and supremecy of polarised in 2025, as for several years it's been shown again and again to be same or worse than pyramidal for lower volume (less than 12-15hrs/wk). And just to clarify as it seemed vague - is it 80:20 by time, by hr, by zone. lol, no by session...really helpful. just ask TR when they tried to use it as the basis of a polarised plan and ran into a few fundamental gaps. Some challenge is healthy.
