Description

When it comes down to it, most people just want to be happy. But with everyone searching for happiness, why does it seem so elusive? What actions and habits contribute to our unhappiness and how do self-judgement and criticism sabotage our attempts to be happy? Join us with Maria Felipe as we explore ways to remove obstacles that prevent us from living a fuller, happier life and how to cultivate habits that help us live our happy each and every day.

Rev. Maria Felipe, a Cuban American born in Miami, Florida, found success as a model and actress before following the spiritual path that led her to study A Course in Miracles. She became an ordained minister at Pathways of Light and now leads monthly services in both Spanish and English at Unity Church in Burbank, California. Despite early struggles in her life with dyslexia, she recently wrote the book Live Your Happy: Get Out of Your Own Way and Find Love Within from New World Library, which helps people live a fuller and happier life.
