Description

What is purpose?  How does meaning affect your happiness?  In this episode, we talk about how to find it and why it is so important to your mind and body.

It turns out that there is science that shows how important finding meaning is to your health and well being.

I know that it worked for me, but I had no idea that there was actual science behind it until I read about it in the book “Burnout” by Amelia and Emily Nagoski.

I hope that in some way this speaks to your heart and your spirit and that you listen to your intuition and go after your meaning.
