Affirmations are high vibrating words that will amplify whatever you're currently feeling - whether that be positive OR negative. They will not shift you from negative energy into positive, and in this episode, I talk about why this is, and why affirmations can sometimes make you feel worse if you use them at the wrong time. I'll talk about why affirmations DO work, how they can help you, and what to do if they are not working for you right now. After the discussion, we'll do a 10 minute guided meditation with affirmations for self-love, confidence, and self-worth.
