How to Deal with Bullying with Nicki Eyre
Update: 2025-01-22
Description
How do you spot bullying in the workplace before it damages relationships and productivity?
· Why is bullying on the rise or are we just more aware of it today?
· What if we had the processes in place to identify and stop bullying much earlier to prevent the pain and anguish that it causes?
In this episode I am speaking with Nicki Eyre who is a Workplace Bullying Consultant and Better Business Workplace Campaigner. Having experienced workplace bullying herself, that took her many years to recover from, Nicki is committed to helping individuals and organisation understand how and why bullying arises and what they can do to enable early identification of bullying and harassment and empower individuals to speak up without fear of retribution.
More about Nicki Eyre:
Having experienced bullying in a previous organisation, Nicki Eyre, Founder and Director of Conduct Change, knows firsthand the impact of a toxic relationship. Since that time, she has dedicated her career to raising awareness of the impact of bullying and harassment as well as offering practical and pragmatic solutions to organisations who want to prevent bullying, harassment and unacceptable behaviours. She recognises the scale of the problem at both an organisational and individual level and is able to bring her wealth of experience to her role as a consultant, trainer, and speaker, and lead campaigner for Stop Hurt at Work.
Nicki is an advocate of building a workplace which is psychologically safe, with a particular interest in tackling workplace bullying as part of an overall approach to improving workplace culture and wellbeing.
