I wouldn't agree that eating edame is a good thing to ear as it us often GMO. And soya is proven to be a hormone disruptor so best avoided. in fact, anything processed should be avoided.

"A balanced Vegan diet" is an Oxymoron. Humans did not evolve as herbivores. We are the Apex predator on the Planet. We are not designed to eat plants.
