How to Relieve a Spiritual Awakening Depression. Tip's and Technique's.

3. Workout - Ground the energy into your body with whatever exercise reasonate's to get relief, get benefits of serotonin while calming your nervous system.

4. Wireless Ear bud's - why you do other task's you can listen and gather knowledge through a podcast, youtube or book, music, ect. Knowledge to Self Improve.
5. Atomic Habit's book - for tracking and aligning with new habit's if necessary.
6. Down Dog App - a series of app's for meditation, breathwork, yoga, pilates, and HIT, all customizable, helped immensely with regulating nervous system.
7. Qui Qong - poses and movement to align energy, regulate nervous system.
8. Kachava Shakes, high vibrational and raises vibration and moves out energy. Incorporating frozen smoothies help clear energy as well.
9. Alkaline Water Bottle - putting an alkaline filter in water raises vibration, on amazon. Adding pink salt in detoxifies the system and release the energy from the system.
10. Pink Salt or Epsom Salt in Bath Tub, clears energy, reduces muscle tension. 1 cup or more, use your judgement, soak for at least 20mins.
