How to Sell your POC without being "Salesy"

I was talking to a Clinic Director of one of my clients recently who felt VERY uncomfortable getting buy-in from his patients on the expected frequency and duration of care to effectively resolve their condition.
He was afraid of being too "salesy" or being too focused on the money than their condition.
He asked me a ton of questions.
