Summer in Texas is H-O-T! When A/C units across the state are being turned on they need more care than just flipping a switch. It may be cold now but what can we do today or before it is hot again to save time, money and being out in the heat fixing units during the summer? And how thinking about those things and learning to speak maintenance help not just the maintenance team but the whole property.
