You’ve tried getting healthy, but the restricted diets and cardio makes life that much more stressful. You tell yourself that you will do better later but you need the alcohol to cope right now.
In our most recent podcast episode, I talk with Anna and Sian about their past alcohol addiction and how they overcame it. They’ve not only transformed their bodies and health but also their lives. They are INCREDIBLE women who have faced their demons and come out the other side.
Not only that, but they are an inspiration to other women in our program - me included.
They’ve managed to free themselves from food and alcohol, and are now living their BEST lives. From the lowest moments to now, Anna and Sian discuss when and how their turning points happened, and how they have also had their fair-share of failure and roadblocks.If you’re going to take any advice, take it from two women who have made it through the biggest hurdles. They have failed, persevered, and shown up even when it got hard. I think it’s bloody incredible what they have achieved.

➡️ Don’t look for perfection - it doesn’t exist. Instead, focus on progress.
➡️ Let go of everything else you’ve been taught about nutrition or exercise.
➡️ Focus on thriving instead of surviving.
