This is day seventeen and day twenty-six of my ‘no sugar month’. Here, I talk about how I cope when the novelty of creating a new habit, wears off.  I also talk about navigating a major emotional trigger, and I report on the physical benefits of my detox.

This is the last part in a four-part series of episodes about how I manage the emotional side of giving up comfort food. You will find several tips and techniques here, as well as a real-life account of how to put them into practice.
