WELCOME BACK TO SEASON 2!!! 


I'm back after a short hiatus with all new topics and stories and plenty of opportunities for you guys to join the discussion! Thank you to everyone who stuck around and checked in while I was gone, anticipating my comeback. I'm so glad I could keep coming back to make more episodes for you guys. 


This week's topic is about HURT: What is it? Where does it come from? and Why do we feel it so deeply? As we navigate the intricacies and complexities of being hurt, take time to think about the ways you've been hurt and the ways you may have hurt others. Also while you're acknowledging your pain, remember to be gentle with yourself and try not to fault yourself for things that you didn't know. As always, this is a healthy, judgement free space where we get real with ourselves and the things we go through, making sure we exercise love and compassion as we grow through our traumas.
