Because the vast majority of voters are miseducated and support at least some form of abortion, a total pro-life position is a losing position. An anti IVF position is even more of a losing position. Until large numbers of voters are correctly educated on abortion and a majority support banning abortion there should not be any anti-abortion positions by Republicans. As bad as Republicans are, they are nowhere near as bad as Democrats so let's do what we can to keep Democrats out of office.
