Niani Tolbert, the co-founder of #HireBlackNow, is a technical recruiter who sees an absence of Black womyn in companies and industries she recruits for. In response, she created the #HIREBLACK initiative in 2020 to get 10,000 Black womyn employed in high-level jobs. In this episode, she speaks about what allies can do better to further black presence in these roles.
