New intel is now coming to light following an hours long shutdown on Interstate 5 yesterday. The City of San Diego says they have installed about 300 metered parking spaces near Balboa Park. Tomorrow, thousands of soccer fans are expected to pour into Snapdragon Stadium for San Diego FC's win or go home playoff match.
