How to find your sense of purpose while finding your sense of self. Alundas Havens is a Marine Corps Veteran and the founder of Alpha Influence Media. Originally from Fresno, California, Alundas endured physical abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, and created mental barriers to keep himself “safe” from the world. In this episode of The Man Versus Brand podcast, we speak to Alundas about his upbringing and how that formed his life outlook and drove him to joining the Marines. The Marine Corps allowed Alundas to realize that he had been trapped in a box where he had limited beliefs and didn’t understand simple life concepts, not sufficiently growing into who he was supposed to be. ALundas then began seeking out communities to grow his leaderships skills, find his voice and succeed. Through trial and error, Alundas eventually found his network, but during that time, he was brought into a self help and leadership community that ultimately had to escape.In this episode we talk about mindset, tools to succeed, addiction, trauma, coping mechanisms and how Alundas is helping people who battle to improve and calibrate their mindset.
